Sunday School

Sunday School is held every week at the same time as the church service (10:30-11:30 a.m.), for students up to the age of 20.

Christian Science Sunday School classes are Bible-based, with correlative study of the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.  Students of all ages are taught the Ten Commandments, the Lord's Prayer and the Sermon on the Mount.  The goal is to understand their spiritual meaning and practice them in daily life.  Beyond those first lessons, students are invited to ask questions, and be prepared for the teacher to ask thought-provoking questions as well.  Students and teachers can search together for satisfying answers in the weekly Bible lesson and other appropriate resources.  Healing is a vital element of the practice and study of Christian Science, and is a natural outcome of the Sunday School experience for all involved.
